techniques, directed advanced website development and
targeted money saving media exposure. A brief selection

Boy Scout/
Girl Scout Focused Marketing
Rachel
recognized a unique void in the marketing
approach of the specific rafting company
she represented, which essentially left
out scout troops. There were
no scout oriented advertising campaigns or
sales efforts taking place. After
researching and investigating multiple avenues
of approach, Rachel designed and marketed
the "first in the industry" Whitewater
Rafter Badge, presented only to scouts
who rafted with that particular company.
The new Whitewater Rafter Scout Badge
created such a BUZZ about rafting
with scout troops that badges had to be
re-stocked!

Mom's
Day Email Sale
Utilizing
study information published by Penn State
University specifically for the rafting
industry, it confirmed Rachel's suspicions that
attention to Mom was being left
out of the rafting trip sales process. Rachel
designed, tested, and implemented a one-day
email only rafting trip sale (to a previously
built database of 8,500 folks) targeted
to mom's. In doing so generating
16 rafting reservations (booked during
the off-season) totaling over 50 people
in less than 24 hours.

Rafting
Company Private Label Bottled Water After
all isn't a rafting company in the water
business? So why not sell bottled
water? Rachel Dickson spear-headed
the project from having the label designed and
everything in between down to the customers-purchase,
creating another revenue producing product
that's not only fun but refreshing!

continues to develop her love for art,

of Artists Rachel's newest adventure
